Caramel Apple Bark

My new favorite dessert of fall! 🍏🍫 Carmel Apple Bark.

- Melt 1 bag milk chocolate chips with 2 tablespoons of coconut oil

- Pour over parchment paper

- Add 1 cup pretzels (crunched) , 1 fresh Granny Smith apple (cut), 1/3 cup peanuts (crunched).

- Melt down 10 wrapped caramels and drizzle *this is key. You can’t use caramel sauce (I tried in my first batch).

- Melt down 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips with a pinch of coconut oil and drizzle:

- Sprinkles on everything!

- Refrigerate for two hours. Cut or break and enjoy.

Here’s the deal- these need to be kept refrigerated and eaten same day/ within 18 hours because of the fresh apple. I tried freezing them and the apples got soggy- but def still ate them 😜
